I never really expected to become a blogger in my lifetime. This is a new experience for me. I'm asking Dad for some harvest info......There are 220 acres of corn to go. The lowest corn yeild was 210. That seems to be all the information he can come up with right now. Oh wait! There's more. There's a 2388 combine sitting outside to be used as a demonstration. He loaded a semi load of hogs this morning too.
As for me, the days go by so fast at school! We are working those children to death. We have had parent teacher conferences already and the quarter ends in another two weeks. I started on a new committee at church called worship planning. I just helped design a new banner for the front of the church that has our theme on it "Legacy." It has a picture of four hands on top of each other. The old grandma on the bottom, then her daughter, then her daughter and then a baby hand on top.
The wedding in Chicago this weekend was a very elegant affair. The reception was at the top of the Chase building. The church was down in the Lake Shore neighborhood. It was a huge Catholic cathedral at an intersection where six streets come together.
Well kids, I'll have to add on to this another time when I actually have something to talk about. I think the blog is a great idea! Way to go Kim! I will be adding pictures of Elly as soon as I figure out how to do it. Adios!
