Christine, Ill bet it was a lizard!! That is just how I am feeling right now about mice. I have traps every three inches and there aren't any mice in them, but I am always on the look out
Kim and Nick, it would be great if your renter would buy. That would be the ideal. I hope that happens. Jeff, I can't believe you are going to be coming home again. Does that mean you will be here for Thanksgiving? Why can't Christine come now and stay through Christmas? That's not very many weeks, and then she could go home when you do after Christmas. (Isn't that a great idea??!)
We have computer training today. We all have new wireless laptops and part of our day is learning new programs that are on them. Since we don't get Veteran's day off this year (it's on Sunday) I'm going to get behind in getting my Christmas decorating started. That has traditionally been my kick off day. I guess I won't do it until December this year. After all, I haven't cleaned the summer stuff off the porch yet.
We had an old fashioned fall party for the kids on Wednesday with pumpkin bowling, sack races, relay games and snacks. It was a cold but beautiful day and the kids really had fun.
Tonight we are putting up a Veteran's Day display at church to honor all living veterans. The next week we do a Thanksgiving display and then it's time to put up Christmas again!. It seems like we just did that.
