Saturday eve........Geneseo

I'm sure you do miss Charlie every day. He was a good dog. Today was Elly's first day completely outside by herself all day long. She has noticed that I haven't taken my things off the porch yet so she decided to get started without me. Dad found the quilt from the lounge chair up by the shop and she has both pillows up by her doghouse. The funny part was that she had two remotes up there. (Dad thought he might put that old tv in the shop and give her the remotes in her kennel.) Then there was this little tin and somehow she managed to get that up there, although I can't imagine how. Now comes the bad part. When I drove in the driveway I noticed the American flag wadded up in the grass by the driveway. I thought that wasn't very respectful, especially during Veteran's Day weekend. She pulled that down and even pulled the screws out of the little square! (Sorry Nick, you may have to do that a third time.)
I started my Christmas shopping today! I bought three gifts. Kim, we need to talk.
As I'm sitting here I just noticed that your dad ate an apple and the core is in the pencil jar. Classy, huh? I'm done! Bye!
